GIBRALTAR MUSEUM
Experience and enjoy Gibraltar's fascinating 200-million year history, with and audiovisual presentation and several galleries displaying original artefacts, old prints and photographs. The Rocks rich and diverse natural history is also represented while the lower part of building houses what is arguably the best-preserved Moorish Bath House in Europe. the Museum has expanded to occupy the entire building and it’s staff compliment has grown from a single Curator in the 1970’s to a team of 5 professionally qualified individuals. The Museum not only involves itself in the research and display of Gibraltar’s Heritage, but it’s staff are also members of the Gibraltar Government’s Heritage Division and are involved in Gibraltar’s wider Heritage Management issues.
